Housing association Optivo wins top award for housing

A new affordable housing development being built in Wandsworth has won a
top award.

Housing association Optivo is delivering 95 new homes at Alton Road.

This will include 41 Extra Care homes for over 55s and 54 Shared Ownership homes.

The development beat tough competition from across the country to win the
Best Scheme in Planning (over 30 units) category at the National Housing
Awards 2019.
