Dressmakers ar Mountview College in Peckham supplying scrubs for medics during lockdown
A drama college’s costume department has turned to making scrubs for medics during lockdown.
The dressmakers of Moutview College in Peckham are helping keep hospital supplies going from home.
Kate and Megan have been sewing scrubs for the surgeries and medical centres in the Bromley area, and working to build a relationship with their local hospital to start supplying them, too.
Costume supervisor Katie Higgins has been sewing supplies for her local hospital in Kent, and also for the English National Opera Scrubs Team, which is coordinating a response to supply four central London Hospitals.
