She’s only gone and scored the winner again that sees Chelsea retain the FA Cup after – to be fair an ordinary encounter against Manchester United at Wembley Stadium this afternoon.

And so the saga goes on. Will Chelsea score a point before the end of the season, or will they lose every game under caretaker boss Frank Lampard?

Sam Kerr is a beast of a footballer. Almost on her own, she produces a goal that changes the game, and in this instance could very well change the destination of the WSL title as the west Londoners came from behind to beat Liverpool 2-1.

It may be April 1 tomorrow but don’t be fooled by the titanic task Chelsea face this month when league action returns following the international break.
