The Gingerbread Man playing at The Churchill Theatre
After being delayed for a year by Covid, the festive puppet show The Gingerbread Man is finally coming to The Churchill Theatre this December.
The part-actor, part-puppet production tells the story of two bakers at the palace.
Set on Christmas Eve, the two Royal Bakers are making the perfect Gingerbread Man for the new Royal Baby’s first Christmas.
But the recipe goes sideways and the gingerbread man is soon whisking up trouble.

The show is directed by Marcus Roche, stars Heidi Goldsmith and Bill Uden as the Royal Bakers and features original music.
Originally scheduled to be performed in the Churchill Theatre Studio in December 2020, The Gingerbread Man, with the support of Arts Council England, was instead toured to local Bromley primary schools last December after the theatre closed due to Covid.
