The Embassy Gardens Market returns to Nine Elms
Property developer EcoWorld Ballymore has announced the return of its Embassy Gardens Market.
Taking place at Embassy Gardens’ New Union Square in Nine Elms, the market will showcase a selection of locally-sourced food and drink from some of the capital’s finest vendors.
Following the success of the inaugural festive market in November 2017, the pop-up extravaganza will return with three new dates to mark the beginning of spring. The first market will take place on Saturday between 10am and 5pm, returning on the last Saturday of each month throughout the summer season.
From handmade English fudge to botanical gin creations, the market will offer a superior selection of produce. For a taste of the East, guests can sample Goko’s Chinese Dumplings and Rao Deli’s Vietnamese Banh Mi. For a continental twist, French tartiflettes and crepes are available from La Ferme and L’Amuse Bouche respectively, while Pequod’s famous fish burgers and Finest Fayer’s gourmet scotch eggs ensure even the most adventurous taste buds are catered for.
In addition to the wide array of seasonal produce, guests will be treated to live music from Axel Janson, the Swedish-born singer-songwriter, and Dana Mckeon, a beatboxer and singer. Their performances will provide the perfect soundtrack when indulging in a cold drink or browsing the finest selection of hot food Nine Elms has to offer.
The Embassy Gardens Market is the result of collaboration between EcoWorld Ballymore and Shepherds Markets, London’s leading market curator.
Shepherds Markets operate an ever-increasing number of markets across London, each championing local producers of fine food and drink.
Their flagship market at Duke of York Square, Chelsea is a testament to this ethos and has become one of the capital’s most loved, offering producers, start-up businesses and farmers the chance to share their passion and expertise with the public.
