Multi-Story Orchestra brings a series of community performances
This summer, the Multi-Story Orchestra’s Young Creatives is bringing a series of performances to a car park.
They are delivering three performances to their community between August and September.
Into The Deep, a fresh composition from them will be at the Peckham car park on August 24 and 25.
The piece features a chamber choir alongside a brass and percussion ensemble.
The orchestra explores the changing states of water – from the very first raindrop to the vast depths of the ocean.
On September 23, The Endz will be performed at The Southbank Centre in Belvedere Road, South bank.
The Endz is a story of the friendship between young people in Peckham and the realities of living in an unequal society.
Celebrating the power to come through anything stronger and to care for each other, even when things are at their toughest.
Recently, the orchestra received a Royal Philharmonic Society award for The Endz.
