11-year-old boy robbed on Greenwich bus
Detectives are appealing for information about the attempted robbery of a young boy on board a bus.
It happened at around 4.25pm on Monday, January 31, as the 11-year-old was traveling on a Route 469 bus between Abbey Wood and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich.
He was approached by a teenager who asked for his phone before appearing to attempt to change its security settings. The victim was able to retrieve his phone and left the bus.
Detectives have released an image of the boy they need to identify and speak with.
He is approximately 5ft 6ins tall and was wearing a black jacket, light blue jeans and white trainers. He also wore a peach coloured scarf with red, black and white lines on it.
