Fifty people escape blaze in four-floor Notting Hill building
Around 50 people escaped from a four floor building in Notting Hill after a fire broke out on Saturday night.
Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters responded to the blaze in a mixed-use building in Golborne Road.
A length of ducting at the back of a ground floor restaurant was destroyed by fire.
Around 50 people left the property before firefighters arrived on the scene. There were no reports of any injuries, the London Fire Brigade (LFB) said.
Crews were first called to the incident at around 9.30pm. Firefighters from North Kensington, Paddington and Kentish Town fire stations brought the blaze under control by around 10.30pm.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
