Lewisham teen rushed to hospital after daylight stabbing

A 16-year-old boy has been rushed to hospital after he was knifed in Lewisham yesterday morning.

Police were called at around 9.30am to reports of a stabbing in Falmouth Close and found the teenager suffering from stab injuries.

London’s Air Ambulance attended and he was taken to a north London hospital, but his condition is not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.

A Met Police spokesman said: “No arrests have been made. Enquiries continue. Anyone with information should call police on 101 or tweet @MetCC quoting CAD 1743/16May. Information can also be reported anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
