Crystal Palace confirm retained list – Clyne signs new extension as Ferguson is released

Nathaniel Clyne has extended his contract with Crystal Palace until the summer of 2025.

But Nathan Ferguson, who has only played eight senior minutes of football during his injury-ravaged Crystal Palace spell after joining from West Brom in July 2020, has been released.

Clyne featured as a right-sided centre-back under Oliver Glasner, featuring 23 times across the 2023-24 campaign.

The Eagles have also confirmed that they have offered Remi Matthews a new deal at Selhurst Park.

Academy duo Danny Imray and Chima Eze have been offered new deals.

John-Kymani Gordon, Noah Watson and Vonnte Williams have all been released.
