Derby County frontrunners to land Crystal Palace midfielder on loan

Championship side Derby County have emerged as favourites to land Crystal Palace midfielder David Ozoh on loan this summer, the South London Press understands.

The 19-year-old made 13 appearances last season for the Eagles and impressed as a substitute under Roy Hodgson in a 2-2 draw with Manchester City in the Premier League.

Recently relegated Luton Town asked about buying Ozoh this summer on a permanent deal.

Plymouth Argyle also wanted to take the youngster on his first senior loan spell away from Selhurst Park.

Derby won promotion to League One last season after finishing second under Paul Warne behind Portsmouth.
