Former Dons boss back in management at Solihull Moors
Former AFC Wimbledon boss Neal Ardley has been appointed Solihull Moors new boss.
The former Millwall midfielder spent 17 years in total at AFC Wimbledon as a player and as a manager.
Ardley made 245 appearances for the Dons and scored 18 goals between 1991-2002.
The 48-year-old also spent six years in charge at AFC Wimbledon, where he guided the Dons to League Two safety before gaining promotion via the play-offs in 2015-16.
Ardley left Notts County in March after two-and-a-half years in charge at Meadow Lane.
After being appointed Solihull Moors new manager, Ardley said: “I hope to add to the great work that’s been put in place and keep the club moving forward on and off the pitch.
“I’m really looking forward to starting with the players after their strong finish to last season, and working closely with Quinny and all the staff at the club.”
