Millwall v Middlesbrough team line-ups: Gary Rowett makes three changes

Gary Rowett has made three changes for Millwall’s clash with Middlesbrough. Murray Wallace returns to the starting line-up as part of the back three in place of Alex Pearce, who drops to the bench.

Danny McNamara comes in for Mahlon Romeo and Billy Mitchell replaces Ben Thompson, who is not included in the matchday squad.

Connor Mahoney makes a return to the bench, he has not featured since the 0-0 draw with Sheffield Wednesday on November 7 due to a quad injury.

Former Millwall man George Saville ,who scored 10 goals in 77 appearances while in SE16, is on the bench for the visitors along with keeper Jordan Archer, who was also on the home side’s books.

Neil Warnock’s side have had the upper hand in this fixture in recent times, winning the last two, including a 3-0 success in the reverse fixture at the Riverside Stadium in December.

Millwall: Bialkowski, McNamara, Cooper, M Wallace, Hutchinson, Malone, Woods, Evans, Mitchell, J Wallace, Bennett.  Subs: Fielding, Pearce, Williams, Romeo, Ferguson, Bradshaw, Bodvarsson, Mahoney, Burey.

Middlesbrough: Bettinelli, Spence, Fry, Hall, Bola, Johnson, Howson, McNair, Tavernier, Bolasie, Akpom.  Subs: Archer, Fisher, Morsy, Savillie, Mendez-Laing, Kebano, Watmore, Fletcher, Coburn.
