Experienced goalkeeper linked with QPR switch
Andy Lonergan is a potential target for QPR as they look to bring in a new keeper.
Joe Lumley, who had been back up to Seny Dieng, recently agreed a two-year deal with Middlesbrough.
And the R’s are ready to allow Liam Kelly, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Motherwell, to move on.
Lonergan, 37, has been on a short-term deal at West Brom.
The Preston-born stopper was on Liverpool’s books in the 2019-20 season as they won the Premier League title.
The veteran signed for Stoke City in December to help cover an injury crisis, but then agreed a deal with the Baggies in early January.
