Dulwich Hamlet ensured their Champion Hill return had the perfect outcome – as they recorded a 2-1 National League South win over Eastbourne Borough on Boxing Day.

Ashley Carew and Nyren Clunis netted in the second half for Gavin Rose’s side in front of a crowd of 3,002.

Charlie Walker cut the deficit in the 90th minute for Borough but Dulwich recorded their seventh victory of the season to move 10 points clear of the bottom three.
