Millwall sign Derby County striker Mason Bennett

Millwall have signed Derby County striker Mason Bennett on loan.

The 23-year-old striker is the third signing made by the Lions in this window.

Bennett has been signed in time to feature in Saturday’s Championship match at Sheffield Wednesday.

The South Londoners have the option to make his stay permanent in the summer.

“Mason has gone on loan to Millwall,” said Derby County manager Phillip Cocu.

“He is at a stage of his career he has to play games.”
