Transfer gossip: Crystal Palace striker reportedly available for £8million
Crystal Palace are reportedly ready to sell Christian Benteke this summer.
The Daily Mail claims that the Eagles want £8million for the striker, who earns in the region of £120,000 a week.
They say that an exit for Benteke would help fund their attempts to land Watford attacker Ismaila Sarr, who is expected to cost in the region of £40m.
It has been suggested that Palace will go for Sarr even if Wilfried Zaha stays in SE25.
It has also been reported that the Eagles could switch their focus to Brentford duo Said Benrahma and Ollie Watkins if the deal for Sarr becomes prohibitive.
