Celebrating LGBTQ+ month
People can enjoy an evening of performances and cabaret in the historic Queen’s House as part of LGBT history month.
There will be a queer takeover of the historic Queen’s House experience drag and gender-bending performances, enjoy a drink and celebrate LGBTQ+ history in style as part of the Fierce Queens evening on Friday, February 23.
There will be five artists showcasing a variety of forms of drag and cabaret; a free cocktail on the house.
You can learn about the queer history of the Queen’s House and see some of artworks from an LGBTQ+ perspective.
There will be LGBTQ+ stories, myths and legends from around the world in an adult storytelling session.
It starts at 6.30 and finishes at 11pm.
