Japanese-European fusion restaurant inside a Vauxhall whisky lounge
Japanese-European fusion restaurant Four Degree has been launched within UK’s first Macallan Whisky Lounge, in St George Wharf, in Vauxhall.
The restaurant says it’s serving a selection of Macallan’s finest whiskies to members. Guest chef Kai said he would create a culinary concept which champions the finest European and Japanese cuisine.

Kai has pulled on influences from France, Spain and Italy and is said to have created some of the most unique dishes in London, including a world-class sushi bar.
The restaurant features modern contemporary interiors and it promises to be a favourite destination for those seeking to experience incredible art and to try the most exclusive whiskies in the world.

As well as its exceptional food offering, Four Degree’s is described as having a stunning cocktail bar with a Tom Dixon light installation providing the centerpiece to the restaurant; serving up unique cocktails based on the concept of journeying from the past, present and future.

I went to Four Degree a couple of weeks ago and the food was just amazing!!!! It was even better than Roka. I will definitely come back here.
