Accrington Stanley v Charlton team line-ups: Four changes and a formation switch for the Addicks
Charlton manager Nigel Adkins has made four changes for today’s League One match at Accrington Stanley.
It looks like a switch to a 3-5-2 formation for the Addicks with Chris Gunter, Ryan Inniss, Darren Pratley and Conor Washington all coming into the starting line-up.
Ben Watson does not make the bench but Adam Matthews, Liam Millar and Ben Purrington are options to bring on as Charlton look to end a two-game winless spell.
Andrew Shinnie is back in the matchday squad after missing out on the last couple.
Only Lincoln (44) and Hull City (43) have taken more than Charlton’s 42 points on the road in League One this season and are bidding for a fourth away victory in a row.
Charlton: Amos, Inniss, Pearce, Famewo, Gunter, Pratley, Forster-Caskey, Gilbey, Maatsen, Washington, Stockley. Subs: Maynard-Brewer, Matthews, Purrington, Morgan, Shinnie, Aneke, Millar.
Accrington: Savin, Nottingham, Burgess, Russell, McConville, Barclay, Rodgers, Bishop, Charles, Phillips, Morgan. Subs: Buckley, Smyth, Pritchard, Maguire, Scully, Perritt, Mansell.
