Charlton Athletic v Northampton Town team line-ups: Starts for Edmonds-Green and Gillesphey

Charlton Athletic head coach Michael Appleton has made two changes for tonight’s home game against Northampton Town.

The Addicks are without a win in nine League One matches and have not picked up maximum points at The Valley since the end of October.

That miserable form has led to intensified scrutiny over Appleton’s future, who has presided over 27 games since replacing Dean Holden in September.

Rarmani Edmonds-Green, signed last week from Huddersfield Town, makes his debut with Macaulay Gillesphey, also added this window for an undisclosed fee from Plymouth, also coming into the backline.

Lucas Ness and Terell Thomas both drop to the bench.
