Charlton boss Lee Bowyer has made changes for today’s home game against Scunthorpe United – with Anfernee Dijksteel, Naby Sarr, Albie Morgan and Igor Vetokele all coming into the starting line-up.
And there was a late change for the Addicks with Krystian Bielik, due to start, withdrawn due to injury. Ben Reeves, who had been handed a bench role, now starts.
Vetokele had been a doubt for today after missing the 2-1 loss at Oxford United with a tight hamstring.
But the Angolan frontman is fit enough to be paired again in attack with Lyle Taylor.
Sarr replaces Jason Pearce in the middle of the backline. Loanee Ben Purrington has recovered from a bug and starts at left-back.
Bielik’s withdrawal means Jake Forster-Caskey comes into the matchday 18.
It is a shift back to the 4-4-2 for the hosts – with that familiar diamond midfield. Jonny Williams drops out with Morgan coming into the starting 11.
Charlton: Phillips, Dijksteel, Bauer, Sarr, Purrington, Reeves, Cullen, Morgan, Aribo, Taylor, Vetokele. Subs: Maxwell, Pearce, Lapslie, Williams, Pratley, Parker, Reeves.
