Croydon school win showpiece final at West Bromwich Albion FC

Whitgift School from Croydon celebrated national glory after winning the Boys U13 Elite English Schools’ FA (ESFA) PlayStation Schools’ Cup.

The final was played at West Bromwich Albion’s ground – The Hawthorns.

Whitgift won 5 -2 against Wright Robinson College from Manchester with a hat-trick from Asher Agbinone and goals from Ato Ampah and  Andre Grey.
