Dulwich Hamlet safe from Isthmian Premier Division relegation after win over Canvey Island

Dulwich Hamlet secured their Isthmian League Premier Division status after a 2-1 home win against Canvey Island on Saturday.

The result means the South London club can no longer be dragged into the bottom four with Hendon, Hastings United, Bognor Regis Town and Bowers & Pitsea making the drop.

Hamlet fell behind to Bradley Sach’s 11th-minute goal.

Amaru Kaunda equalised in the 69th minute with Luke Wandadio’s 90th-minute penalty secured maximum points.

Dulwich are back in action at Carshalton Athletic today.
