Millwall in talks to extend West Brom loanee’s stay in SE16

Millwall are looking to extend the loan of Kenneth Zohore from West Brom.
Zohore joined the Lions on the final day of the summer transfer window from the Baggies but has seen his period at the club disrupted by a calf injury – making just four starts.
Asked after Saturday’s 3-1 defeat at Nottingham Forest, Lions boss Gary Rowett confirmed that the clubs are in talks over an extension.
“We’d certainly like to extend it, said Rowett. “We are in those talks now but, at the same time, it’s going to come down to one or two things so watch this space.”
Rowett also confirmed that Millwall are working on incomings.
“We are working very hard, we’ve got a couple of things bubbling at the moment but again it’s very difficult to give too much information, it’s very hard to be very specific about what might or might not happen we are working incredibly hard, we are hoping to do one or two things quite soon. Whether or not we can do those will come down to those last little bits.”
