Non-league round-up: Young Dulwich Hamlet defender sees red
Dulwich Hamlet ended a run of four straight National League South losses with a 0-0 draw at East Thurrock United.
Gavin Rose’s side had young defender Jay Rich Baghelou sent off after 27 minutes for elbowing Sam Ashford.
But the hosts were already down to 10 men themselves with former Hamlet man Rickie Hayles seeing red just three minutes in for a late challenge on Anthony Cook.
Magnus Okuonghae headed off his goal-line in the closing stages to save Dulwich.
Bromley drew 1-1 at Dover Athletic in the National League. Adam Mekki was on target for the visitors.
Tooting & Mitcham drew 0-0 at home to Hanwell Town in the Isthmian League South Central Division. They are seven points adrift of a play-off place but have a game in hand on fifth-placed Westfield.
Fisher were knocked off top spot in the SCEFL Premier Division as Corinthian took advantage of them being in Kent FA Senior Trophy action.
Rob Brown netted for the Fish but they were knocked out of the competition as they slid to a 2-1 home reverse to Beckenham Town.
Corinthian’s 2-1 victory at AFC Croydon – Dominic Ogun levelling for the hosts – moved them three points clear.
David Duru got both goals for Forest Hill Park as they won 2-1 at home to Kennington. Gary Lockyer replied for the visitors.
