QPR defender delighted to extend his stay

Dom Ball has signed a new contract at QPR until 2022.

The 25-year-old had been due to be a free agent next summer.

Centre-back Ball, who arrived from Rotherham last year, said: “This is where I want to be.

“I had to prove a point last season and that’s exactly what I need to do again this year.

“I have always liked being the underdog and having to prove a point. I have had to do that throughout my career and it motivates me.”
