Millwall boss Neil Harris was pleased with Ben Marshall’s debut in Friday night’s 1-1 draw against Cardiff City.
The Wolves winger, signed on loan at the end of the January transfer window, was one of three changes to the Lions’ side from their last Championship fixture – a 2-0 win at Reading.
Harris said: “Marshy was excellent. He showed real quality – 13,000 people appreciated what a good player he is in his first 75 minutes for us.
“I only took him off because it was still going full pelt and I was concerned he might gain an injury because he has not played a lot of football recently.
“He grew into the game – he got better and better as the game went on.”
