Millwall defender set to be sidelined until the middle of December

Millwall defender Jason McCarthy is set to be out until around Christmas after suffering a toe injury.
The right-back, 24, is in a protective boot.
Lions manager Gary Rowett said: “He has split the cartilage in his toe. It is in an awkward position – you’re putting weight on it all the time.
“It probably looks like he is going to be out for maybe about six weeks. It’s a bit of a disappointment but these things happen.”
McCarthy was signed from Wycombe Wanderers in the summer – Fred Onyedinma moving in the opposite direction – and has acted as back-up to Mahlon Romeo.
His only league start for the Lions came in the 2-1 loss to QPR in September. He started both EFL Cup matches.
